Exercise has many benefits if you have become aware of the importance and benefits of exercise then you will not miss exercise at any stake. Army persons are healthier and active only because they do exercise in their whole lives or they are forced to do exercise. With exercise, you can control your depression. Your mind became healthier. Your body parts become long-lasting. Moreover, your sex power lasts longer too. If you do exercise then your body will not be tired from doing any hard work. If you don’t exercise then you face difficulty in picking some KG weight. Our ancestors have spent long lives because they worked hard in their whole lives. Today people cycle while they travel to go on their works. Today people go on morning walks while they go on their works on their feet. They worked hard in fields while we worked in offices. We travel in vehicles eat food and watch television. And the rest of the time we spent on computers. For that the playgrounds become limited and people leave to exercise.
The government should introduce everyone to exercise if they want to build a healthy nation. They can reserve 15 to 20 minutes for exercise in government departments. In television shows, exercise-related programs should be aired, and air those programs that motivate the audience to exercise. Wrestling boxing etc can be organized on a national level. If the current situation will not change then we will become patients of depression. We should avoid mobile, cable and computer to waste our time and should spent our precious time in sports and exercise.
